1.How long is the production time ?

Answer : If the plastic card only need full color print , our normal production time is 6 days after payment and proof confirmed .

 

2.What kind of design file should we supply ?

Answer :  We need vector design file by PDF ,AI or CDR . To save the time , pls outline the design file before sent to us. 

 

3.What is include in your price ?

Answer : Our price include the cost for full color print both side , don't inlucde cost for special features ,such like Number, barcode,  Also our price include freight to Australia, Europe,USA by DHL or Fedex.

 

4.What will you do if there is a problem for the plastic card. 

Answer: Usually we will sent an proof before production, if the plastic card you received is difference with the proof , we will redo the cards for free immediately  or refund your payment.

 

5.What is the payment items?

Answer: If the payment less than $800, pls sent it by Western Union or Money Gram ,if the payment is over than $800 we can accept T/T (Bank transfer) too.

 

6.Is there any other cost ?

Answer: As this is international business, so there will have a custom fee and tax in your country ,pls check the tax rate for plastic card  in your country.
